Fluent & fully proficient in English (B2+)
Can commit to full-time from Monday to Friday (09:00 – 18:00) for 6 to 8 months

Application process
Fill out the application form and tell us more about your educational and work background as well as your motivation for the course. You will be asked to upload an audio presentation and your CV. This helps us assess your course suitability and commitment.

Review of your application
After submitting your application, we will review it and get back to you. In the case that you’re eligible to join the course, we will schedule a call together and send you the course offer to be forwarded to the Agentur für Arbeit/ Jobcenter
04.
Apply for the Bildungsgutschein
This stage requires you to get approval for this course from your advisor at the Agentur für Arbeit/ Jobcenter. This process may take several weeks, the earlier you start your Bildungsgutschein process the better.

What is a Bildungsgutschein?
A Bildungsgutschein is an educational voucher issued by either the Agentur für Arbeit or the Jobcenter (German unemployment agencies), it allows you to join a course at a certified educational institution for free.
You can receive a Bildungsgutschein if you are registered as unemployed at the Agentur für Arbeit or at the Jobcenter.
Please note that the educational voucher is not a guaranteed benefit.
How do I apply for a Bildungsgutschein?
In order to apply for a Bildungsgutschein, you need to be registered as unemployed at the Agentur für Arbeit or at the Jobcenter. Once registered, get in touch with your advisor and make an appointment to discuss the opportunity of joining the course. You can reach out to your advisor via email or through your Agentur für Arbeit online account, otherwise you can visit your local service center in person.
In the meantime we recommend signing up for the SAP Educate to Employ program and completing the application process. If the process is successful, our Admissions Team will send you the course offer and course flyer which you can share with your advisor.
Now it’s time for the appointment with your advisor: Get ready to explain why you would like to join this course and how it would be important to boost your career. It’s essential not only to show your motivation but also to point out the reasons behind your course choice. Be ready to answer any questions that your advisor might have.

What is a Talent Accelerator?
As a potential student, a talent accelerator is an intensive, instructor-led program designed specifically for you. Conducted live online in English, it offers a unique, employer-led curriculum focused on equipping you with both technical and soft skills relevant to SAP & companies hiring SAP Professionals. The program is inclusive, welcoming everyone from underrepresented individuals to seasoned professionals seeking to upgrade their skills.
In this immersive program, you’ll learn from industry experts, engage in hands-on activities, and prepare for certification exams. You’ll have opportunities to network, receive job placement assistance, and get help preparing for interviews. Once you’ve graduated, you’ll continue to receive support through additional learning opportunities to ensure your successful transition into the workforce.
I’m on a temporary visa, can I apply for this program?
If you’re on a blue card, family reunion visa, a job seeker visa, or a working visa, you’re eligible to register at the Agentur für Arbeit or at the Jobcenter and to apply for a Bildungsgutschein.
If you’re on a student visa, it’s unfortunately not possible to apply for this course as you’re not allowed to register as unemployed nor to receive a Bildungsgutschein.
Can I apply for this program without a Bildungsgutschein?
The program can only be joined if you’re registered at the Agentur für Arbeit or at the Jobcenter and you receive a Bildungsgutschein. Unfortunately the course can’t be joined without having a Bildungsgutschein.
I don’t have any experience in tech, can I join?
Yes, all levels are welcome! Whether you’re new to tech or have no prior experience, you can definitely join the program. We offer support and resources to help you get started and succeed.
How does this differ from a coding or career bootcamp?
Our program is not a bootcamp; it’s a fully immersive experience developed in collaboration with top tech employers and their ecosystem.
It’s designed to not just train, but to pave a clear pathway towards employment in the tech industry. You’ll have the chance to receive guidance on job applications and interviews during the soft skills training and workshops included in the program.
Upon graduation, you’ll continue to receive support including job placement assistance, making this program a well-rounded, employment-centric solution to your career progression needs.
Is it possible to join the course in person?
Unfortunately not. The course will take place online, in a live setting with trainer-led sessions.
Is attendance compulsory?
Yes, attendance is compulsory for the whole duration of the course (from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00).
Do you provide a laptop for the course? Can I keep the laptop after the course ends?
Yes, we will send you a laptop for the duration of the course. The laptop needs to be returned once the course finishes.
Do I receive a certificate at the end of the course?
You will receive a StartSteps certificate that states the course content details and the course length. Once you pass the SAP exams, you will receive the official exam certificates directly from SAP, specifically SAP Certified Associate – Implementation Consultant – End-to-End Business Processes for the Intelligent Enterprise and SAP Certified Associate – Implementation Consultant – SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition, Financial Accounting.
What additional requirements are there to receive an offer to participate in this course?
Beyond the educational or professional prerequisites, we have the following requirements for prospective students:
