Women AI Academy was founded with the mission of addressing gender inequality issues in tech. It is founded by women for women, including women returners, career changers, and women interested in technical fields but who may not be well-informed or encouraged.

We are aware of the challenges that women face in the workplace because we have experienced them ourselves. Our program is designed for women with or without technical expertise and focuses on the practical technical skills needed to solve complex data problems. During the course, participants gain Skills in numerous marketable technologies, including. Python, Excel, Power BI, SQL databases, Tableau, cloud computing and more.

The course teaches how to design data models, build data warehouses and data warehouses and data lakes, automate data pipelines, and work with large large data sets. At the end of the program, the skills learned are summarized in a final project (portfolio).
