The Institut für Berufliche Bildung AG (IBB AG) is one of Germany's largest and most successful educational providers, with approximately 800 locations nationwide. We are certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001 and the requirements of the Federal Employment Agency for Labour and therefore meet the highest quality standards.

For more than 30 years, our range of training has been offering new opportunities for people in Germany. It has always been important to us to be a pioneer in our industry and to find new ways of transferring knowledge. We faced a special challenge more than a decade ago: we wanted to make the IBB range flexible in terms of location, we no longer wanted our courses to be tied to individual locations. At the same time we did not want to lose the immediate contact between the participants and our course leaders. Everything in addition to the fact that our training should remain at the highest quality level possible.

We were able to achieve this with Viona®, our virtual online academy. Viona® enables our students to achieve their individual training goal from any of our location within or at home. Our specially trained instructors take those interested in education to a state-of-the-art virtual seminar room, and the separate learning platform also provides supportive learning materials for immersion in self-learning phases. In addition, experienced IBB employees advise the students on all questions and problems.
